Terminology Guide
Plan status. This plan took effect on 26 September 2026, and earnings are recorded as they are earned. Payouts are not active yet, so no commissions are being paid out today. Earnings are not guaranteed.
- Affiliate
- Someone with a current $49.99/year affiliate sign-up fee and a $10 monthly membership. Both must be current to earn. Buying cards is optional.
- Retail Customer
- A Retail Customer is anyone outside the business — a guest, a free-account shopper or a Membership shopper — who buys cards through your link. The retail commission pays when they buy at the nonmember price. People you personally enroll in the $10 Membership also count toward your monthly active base. A Membership shopper pays member prices, so their orders leave no difference to share; they count toward your active base instead. Your own Retail Customers’ orders count toward the influencer bonus. A Retail Customer cannot earn or hold a matrix position, and you never count as your own Retail Customer.
- Enroller
- The affiliate whose link a new member joined through. Also called the referrer when the buyer is a Retail Customer. You are the enroller of everyone you personally enroll.
- Upline
- Your enroller, their enroller, and so on up the line. Level 2 of the level table is your enroller’s enroller.
- Business paused
- When your affiliate sign-up fee or monthly membership lapses, new business earnings and rank progress pause. Valid commissions earned before the pause stay recorded and can still be paid after payout checks. Refunds and bank reversals may still reduce those earnings.
- Commission
- Your recorded share of a payment or a sale. Recorded or pending amounts are not payment.
- Level table
- Fast Start, the retail commission and the customer acquisition bonus are each shared through one 10-level table: 50% to the enroller or referrer at level 1, then 10/5/5/3/2/2/1/1/1% at levels 2–10. In Fast Start the enroller receives $5.00 on a first Membership month and a flat $20.00 on an affiliate sign-up. Deeper levels open at higher pay tiers.
- Fast Start
- Two first-time components, each paid once per person. A new member’s first $10 Membership month pays their direct sponsor $5.00, and the upline through the level table. The affiliate sign-up pays the direct sponsor $20.00, and the upline through the level table. A direct $49.99 affiliate sign-up includes both: $25.00 to the sponsor. A shopper who joined the Membership first and later becomes an affiliate triggers only the affiliate component ($20.00), never a second membership component. It pays you only in a month you have the monthly active base. It is settled at month end and paid after its 90-day hold from the enrollment, and a refund or chargeback reverses every level.
- Matrix
- Each affiliate holds one position in a company-wide 2×15 chart, created when their $49.99 affiliate sign-up is complete. Only affiliates hold matrix positions, and only affiliates’ $10 monthly payments fund the matrix. A Membership shopper’s $10 pays Fast Start on their first month only. Each affiliate’s $10 monthly membership payment below you pays 2.5% ($0.25) per level, from that member’s second month, down to your pay tier’s depth, in a month you have the monthly active base. Example, not typical earnings: 14 paying people on your first three levels, in a month you have the active base, pay you 14 × $0.25 = $3.50.
- Spillover
- People placed below you in the matrix by someone above you. The chart fills each level’s left positions first, then its right positions.
- Matching bonus
- A match on the matrix earnings of people you enrolled: 50% on everyone you personally enroll (all pay tiers), plus more generations from Silver up. The percentages add up. It needs your business active at month end and the monthly active base. It does not reduce what they earn.
- Generation
- Used by the matching bonus. Counted down each leg: a generation ends at, and includes, the next member at or above the rank being counted.
- Influencer bonus
- An extra share of the price difference on your own Retail Customers’ orders, in a month your personal retail sales reach $2,500 or more. It does not depend on rank. The extra share is limited to the part of the price difference not already paid to you and your upline, so it never exceeds the difference.
- Retail–member difference
- The gap between a card’s retail price (the nonmember price) and its member price. The retail commission applies to cards with a published retail price and shares the difference when a Retail Customer you referred buys at the nonmember price. For example, a regular card that is $12.00 for members and $20.95 at the nonmember price leaves $8.95, and the referrer’s 50% is $4.47 (rounded down). Examples explain the mechanics; they are not typical earnings.
- Customer acquisition bonus
- A share of a sponsored member’s first card order, paid through the level table, once per household. It is held 14 days.
- Leadership pools
- Two monthly pools funded from all company revenue, including sign-up and membership fees: one split evenly among qualified Diamond through Black Diamond members, and one among qualified Crown Diamonds.
- No compression
- A share for an inactive, unqualified or vacant position is never passed to anyone else. CollectDirect retains it.
- Payout
- Money sent to you from your earnings. An earning shown in your account is not the same as money sent. Payouts are not active yet.
- Active member
- Someone whose paid $10 membership period covers at least one day of the calendar month (America/Chicago): the Membership for a shopper, or the monthly membership for an affiliate, including the month a first affiliate sign-up includes. A free account, or a membership that ended before the month began, does not count. We check the payment before counting them. Buying a card is separate.
- Monthly active base
- Each calendar month, at least 2 people you personally enrolled whose $10 membership is active that month. It is required for every rank and for Fast Start, the matrix and the matching bonus, even if you are unranked. In a month you have fewer, those pay you nothing and CollectDirect keeps the shares.
- Team (active members)
- Everyone you personally enrolled, plus everyone they enrolled, at every depth. For ranks, only active members that month count, and you do not count yourself. Placement in the matrix alone adds no one.
- Leg
- One person you personally enrolled plus everyone below them in your enroller tree. Some ranks need legs that contain a leader at a set rank (the leader can be at any depth), or count no more than a set number of active members from any one leg.
- Rank and pay tier
- Ranks are qualified each calendar month on active members: people you personally enrolled and your whole team. The 12 ranks are grouped into six pay tiers. Your pay tier sets which levels of the shared level table you can earn from, your matrix depth (levels 1–12 when unranked, up to 1–15 at Diamond and above), how many matching generations you earn and which leadership pool you can share. The influencer bonus does not depend on rank. Highest-ever rank is recognition only. Ranks for a month are decided on the 8th, Chicago time, from the whole previous month, and count from the 1st. Commissions from payments made on the 1st to the 7th that depend on rank appear once that month's ranks are final. Last month's matching bonus and pools are calculated on the 1st; shares for anyone still in a payment recovery are held until it resolves.
- Rank Grace
- If you miss a rank’s requirements, Rank Grace keeps that rank for the next two calendar months. It never waives the monthly active base for Fast Start, matrix or matching pay.
- Enroller organization
- People you personally enrolled, plus the people they enrolled, at every depth. Rank counts and legs follow this enroller tree. You do not count yourself.
- Placement chart
- The matrix is a separate chart of positions. New affiliates are placed automatically in the first open spot below their enroller, filling left-first level by level: each level's left positions first, then its right positions. If the enroller's first 15 levels are full, they go to the next open spot deeper; matrix pay still counts only 15 levels. Each position has room for two below it. A level is one row.
- Two different views
- A place in the chart is not proof that someone counts toward a rank or earns money. Ranks follow the enroller organization; matrix shares follow placement; the matching bonus follows who enrolled whom. To qualify for a rank, your own annual affiliate sign-up fee and monthly membership must both be current and checked, and you need the monthly active base plus the rank’s active-member counts.
- Pending
- The record is waiting for a check or another step. It does not mean money has been sent.
- Approved
- The earnings passed a review. Other payout checks may still be needed. Approval does not set a payment date.
- Hold
- A pause on payment processing while a required check or issue is handled. Retail and acquisition commissions are held 14 days. Fast Start is settled at month end and paid after its 90-day hold from the enrollment, through the enrollment refund window.
- Recovery
- Taking back commission linked to a refund or a payment reversed by a bank. If it was already paid, the amount is taken from future commissions. We never automatically debit your bank account or card.
- Gross and net
- Gross is the amount before deductions. Net is the amount left after deductions. Open a payout record to see its status and payment details.
How You Earn with CollectDirect

This plan took effect on 26 September 2026, and earnings are recorded as they are earned. Payouts are not active yet, so no commissions are being paid out today. Earnings are not guaranteed.
The short version
- What you pay. $49.99 a year for your affiliate sign-up fee, renewed by hand, plus the $10 monthly membership. Your first sign-up includes your first month (a renewal does not).
- What earning needs. Both of those must be current. Fast Start, the matrix and the matching bonus also need, each calendar month, at least 2 people you personally enrolled whose $10 membership is active that month. In a month you have fewer, those three pay you nothing and CollectDirect keeps the shares.
- Pay for building a team. Fast Start when someone you enroll pays their first month or completes their affiliate sign-up, the matrix ($0.25 per person per level on the $10 monthly payments below you) and the matching bonus (a match on the matrix earnings of people you enrolled).
- Pay on card sales. A share of the price difference when Retail Customers you referred buy cards at the nonmember price, a bonus on a sponsored member’s first card order, and an extra share for high retail sales.
- Ranks. Your rank is set each month by active members: how many people you personally enrolled, and how many in your whole team, have an active $10 membership that month. A higher rank lets you earn from more levels and generations, and the top ranks share leadership pools.
Payouts are not active yet; our payout provider is being set up. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Keep your business current
Plan requirements—not a check of your account status.
- Required
Affiliate sign-up fee
$49.99 / year
- Required
Monthly membership
$10 / month; your first sign-up includes your first month (a renewal does not)
- For Fast Start, the matrix and the matching bonus
Monthly active base
2 people you personally enrolled with an active $10 membership in the month
To earn anything, you need both a current $49.99/year affiliate sign-up fee and a paid $10 monthly membership. Fast Start, the matrix and the matching bonus also pay nothing in a month without the active base. Shares missed that way are kept by CollectDirect and are not paid in a later month.
- Active member
- Someone whose paid $10 membership period covers at least one day of the calendar month (America/Chicago): the $10 Membership, an affiliate’s $10 monthly membership, or the month a first affiliate sign-up includes. A free account, or a membership that ended before the month began, does not count.
- Monthly active base
- At least 2 people you personally enrolled who are active members in the same calendar month. It is also needed for every rank.
You never count as your own Retail Customer.
- Cure period
- If your affiliate year (the $49.99) ends, you have 30 days to renew. Shares that would have been yours during those 30 days are held, and paid through their normal checks if you renew in time; if you do not, CollectDirect keeps them. There is no cure if your $10 monthly membership is not current: shares that would have been yours while it is not current are kept by CollectDirect. A renewal counts as on time by when the payment processor shows it succeeded, even if our notice of it arrives late; one that succeeds after the 30 days restarts eligibility from that payment. If the month had already closed without you, a leadership pool share, influencer bonus or matching bonus left out because you looked out of good standing is paid as an adjustment on a later payout, figured as if you had been counted that month; what other members received does not change.
- Personal retail sales
- What your own Retail Customers paid for cards that month. It sets your influencer bonus.
The seven ways to earn
| # | Stream | Pays on | Funded by | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fast Start | A new member’s first $10 Membership month and their affiliate sign-up, once each, 10 levels by pay tier | Affiliate sign-up and first-month fees | Weekly |
| 2 | Matrix | Every affiliate’s $10 monthly membership payment below you in a 2×15 tree, from that affiliate’s second month | Affiliates’ monthly memberships | Monthly |
| 3 | Matching bonus | A share of the matrix earnings of people you enrolled, up to 5 generations | Affiliates’ monthly memberships, through the matrix | Monthly |
| 4 | Retail commission | The nonmember–member price difference when Retail Customers you referred buy cards at the nonmember price, 10 levels by pay tier | Card sales to Retail Customers | Weekly |
| 5 | Customer acquisition bonus | A sponsored member’s first card order, 10 levels by pay tier | Member card purchases | Weekly |
| 6 | Influencer bonus | An extra share of the price difference on your own Retail Customers’ orders | Card sales to Retail Customers | Monthly |
| 7 | Leadership pools | A share of all company revenue, including sign-up and membership fees, split evenly among qualified top ranks | All company revenue | Monthly |
How Fast Start, retail and acquisition shares are split
Level 1 is the enroller or referrer. Each higher level is the next person up the enroller line (who enrolled whom). Your pay tier decides how many levels you can earn from. Pay tiers group the 12 ranks; see Ranks below.
This is not the matrix. Here a level is one step up the enroller line; in the matrix, a level is one row of the placement chart. In Fast Start, level 1 (the direct sponsor) receives $5 on a first Membership month and a flat $20 on an affiliate sign-up.
| Level | Unranked | Bronze | Silver | Gold | Platinum–Emerald | Diamond+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 (enroller) | 50% | 50% | 50% | 50% | 50% | 50% |
| 2 | — | 10% | 10% | 10% | 10% | 10% |
| 3 | — | — | 5% | 5% | 5% | 5% |
| 4 | — | — | 5% | 5% | 5% | 5% |
| 5 | — | — | — | 3% | 3% | 3% |
| 6 | — | — | — | 2% | 2% | 2% |
| 7 | — | — | — | — | 2% | 2% |
| 8 | — | — | — | — | 1% | 1% |
| 9 | — | — | — | — | — | 1% |
| 10 | — | — | — | — | — | 1% |
Shares are rounded down to whole cents. A share whose recipient does not qualify is kept by CollectDirect. It never moves up or down to anyone else.
Fast Start
A $25 Fast Start commission is paid to the eligible personal sponsor when their referral completes the $49.99 initial affiliate enrollment.
That $25 is two first-time components. Each is paid once per person:
- The first $10 Membership month. A new member’s first $10 month pays their direct sponsor $5, and the upline through the level table.
- The affiliate sign-up. The $49.99 affiliate sign-up pays the direct sponsor $20, and the upline through the level table.
- A direct affiliate sign-up includes both. The $49.99 includes the first month, so the sponsor receives $5 + $20 = $25.
- Membership first, affiliate later. A shopper who joined the Membership first and later becomes an affiliate triggers only the affiliate component ($20), never a second membership component.
Levels 2–10 of the upline share each component through the level table (10%, 5%, 5%, 3%, 2%, 2%, 1%, 1% and 1%), by pay tier: Bronze unlocks level 2, Silver levels 3–4, Gold levels 5–6, Platinum–Emerald levels 7–8 and Diamond+ levels 9–10.
From Bronze up, Fast Start also pays when people further down your enroller line enroll others (levels 2–10, by pay tier). Separately, the matrix pays on everyone placed below you, whoever enrolled them, down to your pay tier’s depth (12 to 15 levels).
Fast Start pays you only in a month you have the monthly active base, and it is held 90 days first: it is settled at month end and paid after its 90-day hold from the enrollment. Payouts are not active yet. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Example, not typical earnings. You personally enroll 2 new affiliates this month, each through a direct $49.99 sign-up ($5 + $20 each). Their included first months make both active, which gives you this month’s active base, so you earn 2 × $25 = $50, payable after the 90-day hold. With only 1 active person you enrolled that month, that enrollment would pay you nothing.
Fast Start is held for 90 days, through the enrollment refund window. Renewals, later monthly payments, cancellations and rejoining create no new Fast Start. A refund or chargeback reverses every level.
The 2×15 matrix
When your $49.99 affiliate sign-up is complete, you are given your own position in the 2×15 matrix, one company-wide chart that every affiliate is placed in. Only affiliates hold matrix positions, and only affiliates’ $10 monthly payments fund the matrix. A Membership shopper’s $10 pays Fast Start on their first month only.
New affiliates are placed in the first open spot below their enroller, filling left-first level by level, so earlier positions sit higher. If the enroller’s first 15 levels are full, they go to the next open spot deeper; matrix pay still counts only 15 levels. Some of the people placed below you may be enrolled by people above you; that is called spillover. Every position has room for two below it. Placement fills all the left positions on a level first, then all the right positions, so more people on a level receive spillover sooner.
Each affiliate’s $10 monthly membership payment below you pays 2.5% ($0.25) per level, starting from that member’s second month. Their first month is inside the $49.99 sign-up, which pays Fast Start instead.
| Pay tier | Matrix levels |
|---|---|
| Unranked | 1–12 |
| Bronze | 1–13 |
| Silver | 1–13 |
| Gold | 1–14 |
| Platinum–Emerald | 1–14 |
| Diamond+ | 1–15 |
Example, not typical earnings. Your matrix has 2 people on level 1, 4 on level 2 and 8 on level 3. All 14 paid their $10 monthly membership this month, and none of them is in their first month. In a month you meet the active base, you earn 14 × $0.25 = $3.50 for the month. If you miss the active base, you earn nothing and CollectDirect keeps it.
Levels beyond your depth, and positions that do not qualify that month, are kept by CollectDirect. Pay stops at level 15, even though the chart continues deeper.
Matching bonus
- Everyone. You match 50% of the matrix earnings of everyone you personally enroll, wherever they sit in the matrix. The match is paid in addition; it does not reduce what they earn.
- Silver and above. You also match people further down your enroller tree, counted in generations. Everyone you personally enroll starts a new leg, and generations are counted down each leg separately.
- How a generation ends. Your first Silver generation is everyone in the leg down to, and including, the first Silver-or-higher member; the people below them are your second Silver generation. Gold, Platinum and Diamond generations are counted the same way at their own rank.
- The matches add up. One person can be in several of your generations at once, and there is no limit on how many people you match.
The percentages add up. Example of the plan’s structure, not typical earnings: a Diamond matches 50% + 10% + 5% + 5% + 3% = 73% of the matrix earnings of a personally enrolled member who is in all of the Diamond’s first generations. Matching needs your business active at month end and the monthly active base. When a team member's rank is corrected, your matching bonus is refigured with their corrected rank: a shortfall is paid as an adjustment on a later payout, and an overpayment is reviewed by staff, not taken back automatically.
Example, not typical earnings. Someone you personally enrolled earned $3.50 in the matrix this month. You match 50%: $1.75. If you are Silver or higher, they are also in your first Silver generation, which adds 10% ($0.35), for $2.10 in total. Matching also needs the active base.
| Who qualifies | Gen 1 | Gen 2 | Gen 3 | Gen 4 | Gen 5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Personally enrolled (all tiers) | 50% | — | — | — | — |
| Silver | 10% | 10% | — | — | — |
| Gold | 5% | 5% | 5% | — | — |
| Platinum–Emerald | 5% | 5% | 5% | 5% | — |
| Diamond+ | 3% | 3% | 3% | 3% | 3% |
Retail, acquisition and influencer pay
4. Retail commission (weekly)
Cards have a member price and a retail price (the nonmember price). When a Retail Customer you referred buys at the nonmember price, the difference is shared through the level table: 50% to you as the referrer, then the upline by rank. For example, a regular card is $12.00 for members and $20.95 at the nonmember price: a $8.95 difference, which gives the referrer $4.47 (rounded down). A Membership shopper pays member prices, so their orders leave no difference to share; they count toward your active base instead. It applies to cards with a published retail price. Retail commissions are held 14 days.
5. Customer acquisition bonus (weekly)
When a sponsored member places their first card order, 10% of that order, on up to $300 of product, is shared through the level table. Once per household. Held 14 days.
6. Influencer bonus (monthly)
Affiliates who sell a lot to Retail Customers earn an extra share of the price difference on their own Retail Customers’ orders, whatever their rank. Personal retail sales: what your own Retail Customers paid for cards that month.
| Personal retail sales | Extra share |
|---|---|
| $2,500 or more | 10% |
| $5,000 or more | 20% |
| $10,000 or more | 30% |
| $25,000 or more | 40% |
| $50,000 or more | 50% |
Paid on orders from Retail Customers you referred where you received the 50% referrer share, in a month your business is active at month end: your affiliate sign-up fee and monthly membership current (the active base is not needed). The extra share is limited to the part of the price difference not already paid to you and your upline, so it never exceeds the difference.
One card. The referrer’s example share.
A Retail Customer you referred pays the card’s retail price (the nonmember price). The difference between the nonmember and member prices is shared through the level table, and the referrer’s share is 50%. It starts with a regular card: $12.00 for members, $20.95 at the nonmember price. This is a single-card example, not your earnings.
Use amounts from $0 to $100,000, with up to two decimal places.
($20.95 − $12.00) × 50% = $4.47
Assumes the buyer is a Retail Customer you referred, buying at the nonmember price, and your affiliate sign-up fee and monthly membership are current. Rounded down to whole cents. Cards need a published retail price before this can apply. Refunds can reduce this amount. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Leadership pools
Two monthly pools share a slice of all company revenue, including sign-up and membership fees, split evenly among everyone qualified at those ranks that month.
Diamond pool
2% of revenue, split among qualified Diamond through Black Diamond members
Crown Diamond pool
0.5% of revenue, split among qualified Crown Diamond members
A pool nobody qualifies for, and any cents left over from the even split, are kept by CollectDirect.
Pools are figured on the month’s net revenue: what was paid, less taxes, shipping and discounts, and less refunds, partial refunds and chargebacks. A later refund of a sale reduces the pools of the month the sale was made in, shared by that month’s recipients, not whoever qualifies today: a $100 refund takes $2.00 off that month’s Diamond pool and $0.50 off its Crown Diamond pool. A share not yet paid is reduced; one already paid is recovered from your future commissions, never charged to your card. If a chargeback is reversed in our favour and the processor confirms the funds were returned, the pool reduction it caused is restored: a share not yet paid is paid without it, and one already paid is made whole by an adjustment on a later payout. Every other commission the chargeback reversed comes back too, less any separate refund, held while a hold applies. A leadership pool share is figured on the same corrected month totals for everyone who qualified, whatever order corrections are made in. When a correction is approved, the whole month's pool is refigured and every qualified member's adjustment is made together; if a correction removes a member from the pool, everyone else's share rises. For a month already paid, CollectDirect funds any shortfall and nobody's original payout is reduced; anything already paid above the corrected share is reviewed by staff, not taken back automatically.
The 12 ranks, grouped into six pay tiers
| Pay tier | Ranks |
|---|---|
| Unranked | No rank yet |
| Bronze | Bronze |
| Silver | Silver |
| Gold | Gold |
| Platinum–Emerald | Platinum, Ruby, Emerald |
| Diamond+ | Diamond, Double Diamond, Triple Diamond, Blue Diamond, Black Diamond, Crown Diamond |
Ranks are qualified each calendar month on active members: people you personally enrolled, and your whole enroller team, whose $10 membership is active. Ranks for a month are decided on the 8th, Chicago time, from the whole previous month, and count from the 1st. Commissions from payments made on the 1st to the 7th that depend on rank appear once that month's ranks are final, dated to the payment. Last month's matching bonus and leadership pools are calculated on the 1st; shares for anyone still in a payment recovery are held until it resolves. If a month's rank is later corrected (for example, when a payment notice that arrived late shows you were in good standing), the corrected rank applies from that month on, with its grace, and your earnings follow it: amounts not yet paid are corrected before payout, already-paid months are adjusted on a later payout, and an amount no longer owed is taken from future commissions, never charged to your card. A correction that changes earnings is requested by one administrator and approved by a second. Every rank needs your affiliate sign-up fee and monthly membership current, and the monthly active base of 2 active people you personally enrolled. Your team is everyone below you in your enroller tree, at every depth; you do not count yourself. A leg is one person you personally enrolled plus everyone below them.
| Rank | Pay tier | Active in your team | Also needs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Bronze | — | Nothing more: the monthly active base is the whole Bronze requirement. |
| Silver | Silver | 20 or more | Either 10 active people you personally enrolled or 3 separate legs that each contain a Bronze-or-higher leader. |
| Gold | Gold | 100 or more | One of: 30 active people you personally enrolled; 3 separate legs that each contain a Silver-or-higher leader; or no more than 30 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Platinum | Platinum–Emerald | 500 or more | One of: 100 active people you personally enrolled; 3 separate legs that each contain a Gold-or-higher leader; or no more than 150 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Ruby | Platinum–Emerald | 1,000 or more | First meet the Platinum (or Diamond) requirements, with no more than 300 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Emerald | Platinum–Emerald | 1,750 or more | First meet the Platinum (or Diamond) requirements, with no more than 525 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Diamond | Diamond+ | 2,500 or more | Either 3 separate legs that each contain a Platinum-or-higher leader or no more than 500 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Double Diamond | Diamond+ | 5,000 or more | First meet the Diamond requirements, with no more than 1,000 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Triple Diamond | Diamond+ | 10,000 or more | First meet the Diamond requirements, with no more than 2,000 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Blue Diamond | Diamond+ | 20,000 or more | First meet the Diamond requirements, with no more than 4,000 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Black Diamond | Diamond+ | 35,000 or more | First meet the Diamond requirements, with no more than 7,000 of them counted from any one leg. |
| Crown Diamond | Diamond+ | 50,000 or more | First meet the Diamond requirements, with no more than 10,000 of them counted from any one leg. |
If you miss a rank’s requirements, Rank Grace keeps that rank for the next two calendar months. It never waives the monthly active base for Fast Start, matrix or matching pay.
Rules that protect the plan
- No Fast Start, matrix or matching pay in a month without the active base of 2 people you personally enrolled with an active $10 membership.
- Ranks count only members whose $10 membership is active that month. A sign-up alone, or matrix placement alone, counts for nothing.
- A 90-day hold on Fast Start and a 14-day hold on retail and acquisition pay. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the pay at every level.
- One position per person. No buying positions, and no enrolling yourself.
- Unqualified shares are kept by CollectDirect. They are never passed to anyone else.
Payouts have a separate review
Commission recorded
A qualifying payment or sale creates a pending record. Holds apply, and refunds or reversed payments can reduce it.
Payout checks
Before your first payout: identity verification, tax information and a verified payout destination.
Payment through our payout provider
Our payout provider is being set up. It is not active, and no payments are being sent.
Timing: Fast Start, retail and acquisition pay weekly. Retail and acquisition commissions are held 14 days. Fast Start is settled at month end and paid after its 90-day hold from the enrollment. Matrix, matching, influencer and pool pay monthly, for the previous month. This explains the plan’s rules; it does not show your personal payout status or promise a payment date.
