Using CollectDirect
You may use the site only for lawful purposes and with information that is accurate and current. Keep your password and account access private. You are responsible for activity completed through your account.
Cards and orders
Card availability, images, release details, and prices are shown on the store page and at checkout. Each card is a separate purchase. An order is not complete until payment is confirmed. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error and will contact you if that affects an order.
Prices, payments and cancellation
Review the product or plan, amount due today, and any recurring charges before authorizing payment. Your payment and confirmation pages identify the purchase. Card orders are one-time purchases and do not start a membership or recurring card order. We do not add undisclosed products or charges to your payment.
You may stop future monthly renewals in Membership billing. If you cannot cancel online, contact support@collectdirect.com or use the phone number in our footer. We honor requests to stop recurring charges. Cancellation and refund eligibility are explained in Returns & Cancellation.
CollectDirect checkout accepts payment for purchases from CollectDirect. It must not be used to collect or process sales for another merchant. Never submit a payment without the cardholder’s authorization.
Memberships
The Membership costs $10 per month until cancelled and gives access to member card prices. It is for members who are not in the business and carries no business rights. Cards are not automatically ordered.
To join the business, you pay a $49.99 affiliate sign-up fee. Your first sign-up includes your first month of monthly membership and member pricing; a renewal does not. After that month, the monthly membership costs $10 per month until cancelled. It covers business tools, member pricing and eligibility for future commissions, subject to all other rules. Under the compensation plan, each monthly membership payment from your second month funds matrix shares for the positions above you. An affiliate does not need a separate Membership.
Your affiliate sign-up fee covers one year as an affiliate. It renews manually at $49.99. From 30 days before it expires, your dashboard shows a renewal reminder, and it stays through the cure period. If your affiliate year ends, you have a 30-day cure period to renew. Shares that would have been yours during those 30 days are held, and are paid through their normal checks if you renew in time. If you do not renew within the 30 days, CollectDirect keeps those shares and your affiliate sign-up ends. A renewal counts as on time by when the payment processor shows it succeeded, even if our notice of it arrives late; a renewal that succeeds after the 30 days restarts eligibility from that payment. The 30-day cure period applies only to the affiliate year, and only while your $10 monthly membership is current. If your monthly membership is not current, there is no cure and shares are not held for you. Monthly payment failures follow the separate seven-day recovery rule below. During a business suspension you may still renew your affiliate sign-up fee, unless your account is suspended. Paying your renewal keeps your renewal deadline. It does not lift your suspension or restore earnings; eligible held commissions stay held until the review is complete. The 30-day cure period is not paused for a suspension, so renew by your original deadline: if you do, shares held for the cure are not lost because the review lasts longer than that.
If a monthly membership payment fails, a 7-day payment recovery period starts. During those 7 days your eligibility is provisional and the commissions it affects stay pending. The missed payment can be made by an automatic retry or by paying the overdue membership yourself. If it is paid within the 7 days, it pays for the original billing period, your eligibility is restored without interruption, and eligible commissions are released through their normal checks. A payment counts as on time by when the payment processor shows it succeeded, even if our notice of it arrives late. A payment that succeeds after the 7 days restarts eligibility from that payment. If the month had already closed without you, a leadership pool share, influencer bonus or matching bonus left out because you looked out of good standing is paid as an adjustment on a later payout, figured as if you had been counted that month; what other members received does not change. A leadership pool share is figured on the same corrected month totals for everyone who qualified, whatever order corrections are made in. When a correction is approved, the whole month’s pool is refigured and every qualified member’s adjustment is made together; if a correction removes a member from the pool, everyone else’s share rises. For a month already paid, CollectDirect funds any shortfall and nobody’s original payout is reduced; anything already paid above the corrected share is reviewed by staff, not taken back automatically. Your billing date does not change: a payment due October 1 that succeeds on October 5 covers the period starting October 1, and the next payment is still due November 1. Buying a new membership instead of paying the missed one does not recover the missed period or its commissions. If the payment is not recovered within the 7 days, your membership is inactive from its original paid-through date and commissions from the recovery period are not payable. A later payment restores eligibility from then on only; it does not make recovery-period commissions payable. If you cancel, access ends at your paid-through date. Inactive status does not change your enroller or placement, and valid commissions already earned are not forfeited.
Ordinary membership inactivity preserves your enroller and matrix position and allows reactivation of the same account. An inactive account does not expire automatically; it stays available for reactivation unless it is closed at your request or terminated under the Policies and Procedures. Inactivity does not erase commissions you validly earned. Personal information is kept as the Privacy Policy describes. Disciplinary suspension or termination follows the Policies and Procedures below. Valid commissions already earned remain subject to their normal checks and reversals. Termination does not automatically forfeit valid earned commissions. Held commissions receive an individual review and a documented resolution. That review is normally completed within 30 calendar days of termination; an unresolved chargeback, an investigation or a legal restriction may extend it, with the reason and next review date recorded and notice to you when permitted. You may appeal the outcome within 15 calendar days after notice of it. When an account is terminated, its recurring membership billing is stopped automatically with the payment processor; the cancellation stays pending until the processor confirms it. Payouts CollectDirect still controls are held for a final review, and payouts already sent are reconciled with the processor. Every held commission gets a review deadline and a documented resolution: it is released, or the specific basis for withholding it is recorded. No hold is indefinite. If an appeal succeeds, the account is reinstated: the same account, with the same enroller and team position. Billing stopped at termination is not restarted for you; you restart it by checking out again. If the termination was an error, the earnings and rank decisions it affected are reviewed and corrected. A commission under the earlier compensation plan (v1.2) that its review denied is corrected by staff through a tracked case with a 30-day deadline, and the correction is paid with a later payout, once.
Business earnings are not guaranteed. They depend on the compensation plan rules, including its monthly active-member requirements. The plan pays on affiliate sign-ups, a new member’s first $10 Membership month, monthly membership payments, card sales to Retail Customers, a sponsored member’s first card order, and all company revenue, including sign-up and membership fees, as the plan describes. The customer acquisition bonus on a sponsored member’s first card order is paid once per household, identified by the order’s shipping address. A Retail Customer is anyone outside the business — a guest, a free-account shopper or a Membership shopper — who buys cards through your link. The retail commission pays when they buy at the nonmember price. People you personally enroll in the $10 Membership also count toward your monthly active base. A Membership shopper pays member prices, so their orders leave no difference to share; they count toward your active base instead. Your own purchases do not earn you a commission or count toward your rank. Ranks for a month are decided on the 8th, Chicago time, from the whole previous month, and count from the 1st; commissions from payments made on the 1st to the 7th that depend on rank are recorded once that month’s ranks are final, and every payment is paid at the rank held in the month it was made. If a month’s rank is later corrected, the corrected rank applies from that month on, with its grace, and your earnings follow it: amounts not yet paid are corrected before payout, already-paid months are adjusted on a later payout, and an amount no longer owed is taken from future commissions, never charged to your card. A correction that changes earnings is requested by one administrator and approved by a second. When a team member’s rank is corrected, your matching bonus is refigured with their corrected rank: a shortfall is paid as an adjustment on a later payout, and an overpayment is reviewed by staff, not taken back automatically. You never have to buy products to earn. Fast Start commissions are held for 90 days and every other commission for 14 days before they can be paid. The compensation plan took effect on 26 September 2026. Payouts are not active yet.
Affiliate policies and procedures
These procedures form part of the Terms & Conditions for affiliate participation. Read the Compensation Plan, Income Disclosure and Returns & Cancellation policy alongside them.
Affiliate eligibility and independent status
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority where you live. You must be legally able to enter the agreement and conduct the contemplated activity. Affiliate participation is available only in countries expressly approved by CollectDirect and listed on its website. The United States is the initial approved country. Product-shipping availability does not independently authorize affiliate participation in a country.
You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of CollectDirect. You cannot bind the company or make commitments on its behalf. You are responsible for your own business decisions, expenses and applicable taxes. You must supply accurate identity and tax information reasonably required to administer the program and payments.
One affiliate account per person; household participation
Each person may own or control only one affiliate account, whether individually or through a business entity. Other eligible adults in the same household may maintain their own accounts. A common address alone does not disqualify them.
Household members may refer each other and count toward a referrer's active base when each is a genuine, consenting participant with their own qualifying membership. Duplicate identities, self-enrollment, straw accounts, fabricated transactions and using another person's identity to obtain additional positions are prohibited. Genuine household participation does not excuse qualification manipulation or unauthorized payments. The customer acquisition bonus on a sponsored member's first card order is paid once per household, identified by the order's shipping address; a later first order shipped to the same address does not earn it again.
Sponsor Fast Start and shopper upgrades
An eligible personal sponsor's Fast Start on a person's initial direct affiliate enrollment is $25.
When a person first joins the $10 shopping Membership, the eligible personal enroller's first-month Fast Start share is $5. If that person later upgrades to affiliate, the sponsor share on the upgrade is $20. The combined scheduled personal-sponsor amounts for this shopper-to-affiliate path total $25, subject to eligibility, holds and reversals. This is not a guarantee that an ineligible sponsor receives a missed share later.
Renewals, reactivation, later monthly payments and cancellation followed by rejoining do not restart Fast Start. This paragraph sets the personal sponsor's amounts; separate eligible upline shares follow the Compensation Plan. Fast Start is subject to a 90-day hold. Approved refunds and chargebacks reverse the associated compensation as applicable.
Calendar months, ranks and Rank Grace
Commission calendar months use America/Chicago time, including daylight-saving changes. A month runs from 12:00 a.m. on its first day up to, but not including, 12:00 a.m. on the first day of the next month. Rank calculations occur after that complete month closes, using verified qualifying evidence from that month, and determine the rank applied to the new month, subject to Rank Grace and corrections.
Ranks count qualifying active members in the enroller team, not simply everyone in the placement matrix. Applicable personal-enrollment, team-size and qualified-leg requirements are set out in the Compensation Plan.
If an affiliate misses a previously qualified rank's requirements, Rank Grace preserves that rank for the next two monthly commission periods. It preserves the corresponding rank-based depth and pool eligibility, subject to current fees and other applicable requirements. It never waives the monthly active base for Fast Start, matrix or matching. After grace ends, the applicable rank is the highest rank for which the affiliate qualifies under the plan. Grace is not automatically restarted each month merely because the prior rank remains displayed.
A rank correction that changes earnings is requested by one administrator and approved by a second, who first sees the rank change and every commission it affects. When an affiliate's rank for a month is corrected, their uplines' matching is refigured with the corrected rank: a shortfall is paid as an adjustment, and an overpayment is reviewed by staff, not taken back automatically. A leadership pool share is figured on the same corrected month totals for every affiliate who qualified, whatever order corrections are made in. When a correction is approved, the whole month's pool is refigured and every qualified affiliate's adjustment is made together; if a correction removes an affiliate from the pool, everyone else's share rises. For a month already paid, CollectDirect funds any shortfall and no original payout is reduced; anything already paid above the corrected share is reviewed by staff, not taken back automatically.
Inactivity and reactivation
Ordinary cancellation makes the affiliate inactive at the end of the paid-through date. If a $10 monthly membership payment fails, a 7-day payment recovery period starts. During it, eligibility is provisional and affected commissions stay pending. The missed payment may be made by an automatic retry or by paying the overdue membership. If it is paid within the 7 days, it pays for the original billing period, eligibility is restored without interruption, eligible commissions are released through their normal checks, and the billing date does not change. A payment counts as on time by when the payment processor shows it succeeded, even if CollectDirect's notice of it arrives late; a payment that succeeds after the 7 days restarts eligibility from that payment. A new membership purchase does not recover the missed period. If it is not recovered, the membership is inactive from its original paid-through date and commissions from the recovery period are not payable; a later payment restores eligibility from then on only.
Inactivity does not move the affiliate to a new enroller or matrix position. An inactive account does not expire automatically. An inactive person may reactivate the same account by satisfying the applicable fees and requirements. Reactivation does not award another included first month or restart Fast Start.
The original enroller and matrix position remain fixed through ordinary inactivity and reactivation. Cancelling and rejoining cannot be used to change sponsors or obtain a second position. CollectDirect may correct documented enrollment or placement errors. Disciplinary termination is a separate process from ordinary inactivity.
Marketing, branding and truthful representations
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as independent CollectDirect affiliates and disclose their financial relationship when promoting products or the opportunity. Do not imply employment, company endorsement of another business, or special authority to speak for CollectDirect.
Do not promise income, guaranteed spillover, card appreciation or investment returns. Do not use fake testimonials, altered or misleading earnings screenshots, unsupported product claims, impersonation or spam. These rules apply to public posts, paid advertising, videos and private sales messages.
Do not send unsolicited promotional emails or conduct outbound telemarketing to promote CollectDirect. Every promotional email must contain an easily identifiable, working unsubscribe link, and opt-out requests must be honored.
Do not use celebrity names in advertisements without the required permission and CollectDirect's written approval. Do not use news-source logos in advertisements or uncorroborated news-source websites to support claims. Do not invent limited stock, deadlines or countdowns to create a false sense of urgency.
Affiliates may create routine posts and videos using approved branding and accurate information. New earnings claims, modified compensation explanations and materials presented as official CollectDirect content require prior written approval. All approved materials must remain truthful and supported. Approval can be withdrawn when materials become inaccurate; affiliates must then stop using them.
Other businesses and confidential team information
Affiliates may participate in other businesses. They may not use CollectDirect's private customer lists, team data, internal messaging or official groups to recruit for another business, or imply that CollectDirect endorses it.
Access to team information is limited to authorized business-support purposes. Affiliates must not sell, publish, scrape, improperly export or use that information for unrelated marketing. Access ends when no longer authorized. Information retained for legitimate legal recordkeeping must remain protected and may not be reused for marketing. These confidentiality and restricted-use obligations continue after participation ends.
Suspension, correction and appeal
CollectDirect may suspend an account immediately when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized activity or risks to people, accounts or payments. It will provide written reasons, subject to lawful investigation and disclosure limits. A protective suspension is not automatically a final finding of misconduct.
During a business suspension an affiliate may still renew the annual affiliate sign-up fee, unless the account itself is suspended to protect accounts or payments. Paying your renewal keeps your renewal deadline. It does not lift your suspension or restore earnings; eligible held commissions stay held until the review is complete. Commissions are not earned while a suspension is in effect. The 30-day cure period is not paused: an affiliate who renews by the original deadline does not lose otherwise valid held commissions because the review lasts beyond it.
For ordinary policy violations, affiliates ordinarily have 15 calendar days after notice to correct the issue or appeal. CollectDirect will decide an appeal within 15 business days of receiving it. Notices will identify how to respond. Serious violations may justify termination; ordinary membership inactivity is handled under the reactivation rules instead.
Any hold, reversal or adjustment to commissions must have an identifiable basis in the agreement, the Compensation Plan or applicable law. Termination is not a blanket authorization to confiscate unrelated valid earned commissions. Ending participation does not eliminate outstanding lawful obligations or confidentiality duties.
Termination does not automatically forfeit valid earned commissions. Held commissions receive an individual review and a documented resolution. When an account is terminated, CollectDirect reviews every commission that is held or not yet paid, and normally completes that review within 30 calendar days. Valid commissions earned before a suspension are released after the normal refund, qualification and payout checks, even if the account is terminated. Shares kept by a timely renewal during a cure period are reviewed under the same rules: paying on time keeps the deadline but does not guarantee payment. Commissions tied to fraud, refunded or charged-back transactions, or unmet qualifications are reversed or denied only in the affected amounts, with a documented reason.
An unresolved chargeback, an investigation or a legal restriction may justify continuing a hold beyond 30 days. The reason and the next review date are recorded, and the affiliate is notified when permitted. Each review records the administrator, the evidence, the decision and the amounts released or denied. An affiliate may appeal the outcome within 15 calendar days after notice of it, in the same way as any other decision under this section.
When an account is terminated, its recurring membership billing and the processor's retries are stopped automatically; the cancellation stays pending until the payment processor confirms it, and a failure is flagged for staff to resolve. Payouts CollectDirect still controls are held for a final review. Payouts already sent to the processor may be impossible to stop; they are reconciled with the processor's actual result. Every termination hold has a review deadline and a recorded resolution: the valid earnings are released, or the specific basis for withholding them is documented. No hold is indefinite, including for commissions recorded after the termination.
After a successful appeal of a termination, the account is reinstated: the same account, with the same enroller and team position. Billing that was cancelled at termination is not restarted automatically; the affiliate restarts it by checking out again, which gives a fresh authorization. If the termination is overturned as an error, CollectDirect reviews and corrects the affected earnings and rank decisions: shares kept because of the termination are restored, amounts denied in its review are restored by a recorded adjustment, and the rank months it affected are reviewed. A commission under the earlier compensation plan (v1.2) that the review denied is corrected by staff through a tracked case with a 30-day deadline: the case records the affected transactions, the amount owed (what was denied, less what refunds or chargebacks of the payment have reversed since), the reviewer and the outcome. The correction is paid as a commission with a later payout, once, subject to the same holds as any other commission; if nothing is owed, the reason is recorded.
Sales, transfers and inheritance
An affiliate may not sell or voluntarily transfer ownership or control of an account without CollectDirect's prior written approval. This includes a change in control of a business entity holding an account. An inheritance or estate request requires documentation of legal authority and verification of the successor's eligibility, subject to applicable law.
An approved transfer preserves the account's original enroller and matrix position. A transfer may not be used to switch sponsors, obtain additional positions or evade the one-account-per-person rule or other eligibility requirements. No transfer is promised to qualify automatically, and no resale value is guaranteed.
Advertising permission
Joining or buying does not grant permission for CollectDirect to use your photo, video or testimonial in advertising. We obtain a separate release describing the authorized use.
Business conduct
Do not use CollectDirect for deceptive claims, spam, unauthorized payments, impersonation, or activity that violates the law or our compensation rules. We may pause or close an account when necessary to protect members, customers, or the payment system.
Advertising standards
CollectDirect advertising must be truthful and supported. We do not permit fake testimonials, unsupported results or earnings claims, misleading endorsements, news-source logos in advertisements, or false urgency such as an invented stock countdown. Celebrity names may be used in advertisements only with the required permission and CollectDirect’s written approval. Uncorroborated news-source websites may not be used to support advertising claims.
Do not send unsolicited promotional emails or conduct outbound telemarketing to promote CollectDirect. Every promotional email must contain an easily identifiable, working unsubscribe link, and opt-out requests must be honored. Affiliates must also follow the marketing rules in the Policies and Procedures above.
Third-party services
Payment, hosting, shipping, analytics, and other services may be provided by third parties. Their own terms may also apply to the part of the service they provide.
Limitation and changes
CollectDirect provides the site and business tools as they are available. We may update features, prices, policies, or eligibility rules as the business changes. We give affected members at least 30 days’ advance notice of fee changes or material compensation-rule changes. Changes apply prospectively and protect valid commissions already earned, subject to existing validation and reversal rules. Members may cancel before a new recurring price takes effect. Earlier changes are limited to legal requirements or urgent security and fraud issues, with notice as soon as practicable and additional consent where required.
